- Respiratory, including trachea, bronchus, bronchioles, alveoli
- Urinary, including kidney, ureter, bladder
- Reproductive, including uterus, cervix, ovary, Fallopian tube, prostate, testis, vas deferens
- Nervous, including meninges, cerebrum, cerebellum, spinal cord, peripheral nerve
- Endocrine, including pituitary, adrenal, thyroid, parathyroid, and pancreas
