Quality Systems for the Clinical Laboratory: Part II (Planning/Design) (4669-08)
This course includes the basic steps required to plan a formal quality system for a laboratory. The participants will consider the relative advantages and disadvantages of three quality system alternatives (ISO, CAP, CLSI), assess the current state of their own laboratory's quality system with respect to the ten essential quality system components and prepare a customized quality system plan for their own laboratory.
